An exciting, varied opportunity has become available in the Estate Agency arm of this growing, family feel business looking for enthusiastic, talented individuals to join their team long-term.

Responsibilities

Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Undertaking thorough inspections of buildings to identify any characteristics or factors affecting value
  • Providing clients with a realistic valuation of their property and providing advice where required
  • Preparing written reports of inspections, including property specifications packs
  • Communicating effectively via phone, email and face to face meetings
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure a high-level of service is delivered and effective communication is passed throughout the team
Person Specification
  • 3 years transferable experience (preferably in financial services, estate agency or sales)
  • Driving licence
  • Dynamic communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • High-level of accuracy and a keen eye-for-detail
  • Competent computer skills
