When I spoke to Gerard at Lighthouse Personnel about recruiting an account handler he did five things I didn’t expect:
- He came to our office and let me beat him at pool.
- He wrote the job description.
- He found candidates who were suitable – something I have found over the years you shouldn’t underestimate.
- He provided details on the candidates that enabled a far more productive conversation about the persons attitude and outlook – which is a key aspect of selection – and most importantly . . .
- He demonstrated that he knew top notch people in the area.
In addition, he never failed to follow up and he’s even helped me with getting apprentices. Plus, his rates are very good.
I was recruiting for 1 job, employed 3 people and interviewed around 7.
I genuinely don’t know what more he could have done to help my business.
All this as well as making it an enjoyable experience, because he is an outstanding person to work with.
