When Rosey and I started Lighthouse Personnel in 2017, we had no idea what was around the corner.
We had a very exciting first year at Lighthouse Personnel, smashing our first-year goals within six months…then everything changed. Brexit was first, then the pandemic, the cost-of-living crisis and finally the war in Ukraine – all having a significant impact on our business.
Like many, we’ve had to roll our sleeves up and go again more than once, but we are very proud that we’ve shown great strength every time and stayed true to our values.
