Our client is a vehicle finance specialist for individuals and businesses. They are a family run business who have been in operation for nearly 30 years and aim to provide a flexible approach to lending using a common-sense manor. Being a family-run business, who are passionate about their product, they are looking to employ a like-minded individual who is willing to work hard for their achievements, growing and developing with the company as a Sales Support Executive.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join the company in a newly created role as a Sales Support Executive. This role is to support the Sales Director in the launch of a new service, supporting customers looking to purchase and finance a new vehicle.

Job Duties
  • Following up on customer enquiries (over the phone and via email) to support with searching for and purchasing a new vehicle
  • Taking customers through finance applications for the potential purchase of a vehicle
  • Supporting the Head of Sales during the launch of the new service with a variety of marketing activities including blog writing and social media posting
  • Quoting vehicle finance packages to customers over the phone
  • Adhering to FCA regulations, including consumer duty
  • Adhering to Data protection
  • Sending out quotation/finance package documents
  • Following up on quotations to close sale
  • Contacting customers coming to the end of their finance packages to offer new products
  • Build strong, professional relationships with all potential and existing customers
  • Integrate well with all internal teams within the business, to ensure communication runs effectively throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Communicate professionally over the phone and in writing with all potential and existing clients, and internal teams within the business
  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date and relevant, thinking on your feet when making calls
  • Supporting on marketing initiatives

  • Driving licence preferred due to remote location, or local home address
  • 12 months previous outbound customer service or sales experience
  • Good level of Maths and English
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm, determination and the confidence to deal with, and close opportunities with, senior client staff members
  • Passionate and professional
  • The desire to work hard and grow with the company long term
