This is a key role responsible for managing an assigned book of business, ensuring customers gain maximum value from their investment in the company’s products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to proactively resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for contract renewals, account planning, and business reviews, while acting as an ambassador to help clients realise the full benefit of available solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to travel as needed.
