They plan and buy media across every major channel TV, Radio, Digital, Out-of-Home and Press blending data, culture and creativity to produce campaigns that make a difference. They are seeking a like-minded individual to join their team as their new Media Coordinator.

As the new Media Coordinator, you’ll be the beating heart of the media team, providing critical support across multiple projects. You’ll liaise with internal stakeholders (including Sales, Scheduling and Digital teams), managing vital scheduling and reporting tasks.

Job Duties
  • Manage media schedules
  • Coordinate airtime bookings
  • Liaise with TV station contacts to confirm timings and placements
  • Assist with producing the playlists & schedules for our TV station – providing holiday and sickness cover when necessary.
  • Produce PCA (Price, Copy & Airplay) reports for internal teams and clients
  • Compile “As Runs” data to support the Sales team in tracking campaign performance
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly performance reviews
  • Create and polish client proposals in PowerPoint
  • Help create pitch decks that showcase the agency’s strengths, past successes and innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to brainstorm fresh ideas for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other channel that catches the eye
  • Write & schedule emails on the email marketing platform showcasing company strengths to clients.
  • Managing and co-ordinating external email marketing
  • Assist in the research and launch activities for a new Diversity, Equity & Inclusion media programme
  • PCA (Post Campaign Analysis)
  • Help gather insights, support event planning and prepare materials to promote DEI services
  • General office duties, answering phones and general office organisation

Company Description
Applicant Specification
  • At least 1–2 years working in a media, marketing (perhaps as a Marketing Executive) or advertising support role
  • Comfortable liaising with internal teams and external media suppliers
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint (e.g., creating master slides, embedding media, custom animations)
  • Solid ability in Excel for reporting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage a varied workload
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Friendly, collaborative approach (the team laughs together even when they crunch numbers!)

Driving Licence required for the role: Yes
