Our Client is one of the UK’s leading Christian television networks, broadcasting 24/7 for over 19 years across Sky, digital platforms, and streaming services. As the largest Afro-Caribbean Christian TV station in Europe, they work with over 900 ministries across the UK, Africa, and the United States.

Part of a Media company, they combine media, production, and strategic expertise to help ministries expand their reach and impact globally. Due to growth, they are seeking a like-minded individual to join their team as their new Ministry Sales Support Administrator.

Job Duties

You’ll work directly with the Ministry Director, supporting and strengthening relationships with churches and ministries through proactive communication, follow-up, and administrative support. The role will involve managing and responding to emails, making follow-up calls, coordinating marketing activity, supporting the onboarding of new ministry partners, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping to nurture and develop existing relationships.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries, providing a high standard of support
  • Plan and support email communications and marketing campaigns to ministry databases
  • Build, maintain, and update ministry contact lists and records
  • Administer contracts and maintain accurate client and ministry documentation
  • Maintain organised systems, records, and CRM information
  • Use CRM and finance systems, including Pipedrive and Sage, to maintain accurate records and support effective administration
  • Liaise with Accounts regarding invoicing, payments, and related queries
  • Assist with airtime enquiries, bookings, and follow-up communication with ministry partners
  • Coordinate airtime bookings with Scheduling and Digital teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships across the Christian community
  • Support and strengthen relationships with churches and ministries through regular email communication and follow-up phone calls
  • Support the onboarding of new ministry partners and help maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing contacts
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for ministry meetings and opportunities
  • Support the development of presentations, proposals, and relationship materials
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support within a busy ministry media environment

  • Has 1–2+ years in sales, customer service, or administration
  • Confident speaking with pastors, church leaders, and organisations
  • Proactive and comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to follow up emails
  • Has a genuine interest in faith, ministry, or Christian media
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail (contracts, data, payments)
  • Confident, professional and personable approach
  • Full and clean driving licence, with access to own transport
