Lighthouse Personnel was founded in December 2017 by Gerard & Rosemary Francis in their 18-month-old daughter’s bedroom, with a vision of changing the recruitment landscape.
The name ‘Lighthouse‘ was chosen to symbolise the following 3 things:
- Our drive to guide all who we work with in the right direction
- Gerard grew up next to a local Lighthouse
- A representation of Gerard and Rosey’s faith

Week 1-4 – 100% rebate

Hi! I’m Rosey, the Finance Director at Lighthouse Personnel. My role is to ensure the smooth running of the business financially, whilst forecasting for the future.
I love being part of this culture-changing business and enjoy seeing the impact we have on our partner companies, candidates and the local & wider community.

Hi! I’m Sam, a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Lighthouse Personnel.
I have a real passion for delivering an honest, ‘go the extra mile’ service and really believe in the Lighthouse values.

Peanuts – a little bit nuts and most at home in a pub
Peter’s passion is for helping others realise their potential and has mentored colleagues, Businesses and for the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE).
He has a post graduate diploma in coaching to back up his years of practical knowledge. Peter specialises in helping growing SMEs particularly with Customer Service, Business Development, Finance and using new technology to do things in a better and more efficient way.
