Our client is a specialist lender, providing loans to executors and beneficiaries of estates. Launched in 2021, it has grown to become the largest and most trusted provider of probate loans in the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join the company as a Client Relationship Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for creating, developing and maximising relationships with third party introducers. This primarily means IFAs, Brokers, Law Firms, Estate Administrators, Accountants and others.

To be successful in this role you will need to be relentless in your approach and be highly motivated to hit all targets and KPIs. You will need to be able to work independently and pro-actively to maximise the potential of every opportunity.

This is primarily a new business role most suited to a genuine “hunter”. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar type of role and a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution to a growing business.

 

Job Duties
  • Following up on marketing activities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn etc.
  • Identifying and contacting relevant prospects.
  • Responding to incoming enquiries.
  • Setting up and conducting meetings to promote the business with introducer prospects.
  • Regular follow up with all prospects.
  • Building relationships with introducers to maximise returns.
  • Negotiating terms with introducers and ensuring formal agreements in place.
  • Being the voice of introducers within the business to ensure loan products are meeting market demands.
  • Ensuring all activities are recorded within CRM system.

  • Proven Business Development track record
  • Ideally financial services experience
  • Ideally an existing network of contacts with target introducers
  • Exceptional communication skills and work ethic.
  • Proven abilities across a range of new business techniques – i.e. cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns etc.
  • Ability to quickly gain the respect of introducers
  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and a positive approach.
