Our client, a people-driven technology company with a mission to ensure every worker returns home safely, is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role responsible for managing an assigned book of business, ensuring customers gain maximum value from their investment in the company’s products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to proactively resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for contract renewals, account planning, and business reviews, while acting as an ambassador to help clients realise the full benefit of available solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to travel as needed.

Job Duties
  • Renew customer service contracts through distribution networks, preparing renewal quotes and ensuring completion
  • Manage account renewal negotiations, creating quotations and achieving >90% renewal completion within designated quarters
  • Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within accounts, collaborating with sales management to deliver results
  • Plan and execute annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews to ensure customers derive optimum value
  • Interpret customer concerns and mobilise internal resources to ensure satisfaction and continuous product improvement
  • Develop customer account plans in partnership with internal teams and distribution partners
  • Act as an ambassador to promote full utilisation of available products and services
  • Provide feedback to product management on long-term trends affecting customer satisfaction and retention
  • Seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Undertake other duties as required

Company Description
Applicant Specification

Essential:

  • Fluency in French and English (additional European languages an advantage)
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships
  • Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales or account management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with a consultative approach to client needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal confidence
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and CRM applications
  • Competent in MS Office and other corporate administration tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

 

Desirable:

  • Post-secondary degree in business or marketing
  • Experience in technology or safety-related industries
  • Track record of achieving retention and growth targets
