We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing function and deliver strategic value across the business. This is a hands-on role requiring a professional who is not only capable of developing and implementing procurement strategies but also actively involved in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of applying a range of purchasing strategies that have directly contributed to improved business performance, cost efficiency, and supplier effectiveness.
£45k-£50k | Colchester (Office based) | Mon-Fri 7:30am-430pm | 22 days holiday, rising after 2 years by 1 day each year up to 25 days | Record and communicate purchasing savings/price increases | Manage direct supplier relationships to deliver improvements in cost, service, and quality. | Good time management skills, Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills | Company values: Rapid, accurate, positive, innovative, dependable. | Family run company | Bespoke construction trailers
