They are seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join their sales team as a New Business Developer. As a key member of their sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of their business.

Job Duties

The successful candidate will find themselves at home in a fast-paced role where you get out what you put in. Our client is on the lookout for a hard-working, resilient individual to add to their growing new business team. 
 
Duties (include but are not limited to):
 
•         Proactively generating leads and converting them into active accounts
•         Engaging in cold calling to reach out to potential customers
•         Following up on new business opportunities 
•         Conducting credit checks using internal systems
•         Contacting potential customers via email, providing them with introduction letters, proposals and conducting fuel bill analysis
•         Ensuring accurate input and updating of all relevant data onto our company’s bespoke system
•         Generating reports that clearly indicate pipeline status
•         Presenting monthly sales results to management
•         Handling general administration duties
•         Fulfilling any other duties as requested by management

•         Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to create new business opportunities preferred
•         Ability to perform well under pressure
•         Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office and Outlook
•         A strong drive and passion for achieving targets
•         Outgoing, ambitious and enthusiastic demeanour
