What’s your favourite thing about working with Lighthouse Personnel?
I love the team ethic, that we all want to do the best for the businesses we work with and help the candidates to be as good as they can be with interview tips and putting them forward for the roles that are most suitable for them.

What Lighthouse Personnel value is most important to you?
In an industry where there are a wide variety of standards one of the things that drew me in to want to work with Gerard was the values - Trust comes first for me - We are always honest and genuinely care about our professional relationships. We approach everything we do with integrity, establishing trust with clients and candidates alike and I see this in everything the team does.

What is it that makes Lighthouse Personnel different?
The care that they show for their candidates and clients - it is always about the long term success of the candidate in the role and helping the business develop.

Where do you think Lighthouse Personnel have improved since you’ve been working with them?
The business has changed a lot since I met Gerard during Covid when he was working from home alone. We now have an experienced team and offices to be proud of. We have helped a large number of businesses with placements and they come back for more and refer us to others which is the best endorsement of how we go about recruiting for them. We also have better systems and processes in place all designed to help those we work with.

Where do you hope to see Lighthouse Personnel in the next year?  And 6 years?
In 2024 I'm expecting to see us continue to grow and help even more businesses around, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk with their recruitment and as a team I know we will provide a great service but also have fun along the way.

As for 6 years, Potentially more offices and a larger team of like minded people joining us to enable us to spread the Lighthouse Ethos further across the region.

And finally . . . what is your favourite Dad joke?
Here goes - I don't trust stairs - there always up to something!
