Sam’s First Month With Lighthouse Personnel

One month in – where has it gone! My first month at Lighthouse has absolutely flown by, but I can only say it has been a fantastic first month. I’ve been able to fully immerse myself into various parts of the business and get a good understanding of what makes up this truly unique business. Seeing how all the cogs fit in to drive the Lighthouse machine has been an enjoyable experience and my hunger to help the company grow is greater now than before I started.

I am now fully into my role – developing new business, as well as managing our existing accounts and recruiting for several roles after just four weeks at the business. I have also been getting to know the Lighthouse family and doing my best to fit – I think they are starting to get used to my questionable vocal cords when Kisstory is on the radio on a Friday afternoon.

Thankfully, some of the hard work I have put in has been rewarded – this week gaining my first placement! I have also been out to see my first potential new client gained through my business development efforts and have more booked in the diary in the coming weeks. The plan now is to continue to work hard, love what I do and help Lighthouse continue the momentum and make a change in the recruitment industry for the better.
